Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the platform — they form the basis of the agreement between you and 555mm.
Important: By registering on the 555mm platform or using its services, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. You must be at least 21 years of age.

1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 555mm platform and its users ("Members" or "you"). 555mm is an online gaming service provider that offers slots, live casino, sports betting, and various other gaming entertainment for members in Bangladesh.
These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and that version is the authoritative one. Using any part of the platform, creating an account, or receiving any service constitutes your acknowledgment that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
555mm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after an amendment means you automatically agree to the updated Terms.
2 Eligibility & Registration
To create an account and use 555mm's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 555mm may request proof of identity at any time to verify your age.
- Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at registration — name, address, mobile number, payment details — must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- It is your responsibility to notify 555mm immediately of any changes to your information.
- An account opened with false information will be immediately cancelled and any balance may be forfeited.
Your account becomes active once you complete the registration process and log in for the first time. 555mm reserves the discretionary right to approve or reject any account.
3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 555mm will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat.
- Do not share your account credentials with any third party.
- Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, immediately change your password via the 555mm Login page and notify the support team.
- 555mm will not be held responsible for any loss or transaction resulting from unauthorized use.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 555mm are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. No payment methods outside of these are accepted.
Deposit Terms:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
- Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.
Withdrawal Terms:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if wagering requirements on an active bonus have not been completed.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- 555mm reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of unusual transaction patterns.
For bank transfer, transactions can be made to any registered bank in Bangladesh, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
The following terms apply to receiving and using bonuses on 555mm. If bonus terms are not met, 555mm reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any related winnings.
Welcome Bonus:
- 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
- For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
- Or deposit ৳12,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit), giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
- To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (wagering applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit + bonus combined).
- Example: receive a ৳1,000 bonus and wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
General Bonus Terms:
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms, which will be stated in the offer description.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the offer explicitly permits it.
- Bonuses apply to valid personal accounts only.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
555mm offers various gaming services including slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, and it is recommended that you read them before starting.
- 555mm's server logs will be considered the final evidence for verifying betting outcomes.
- If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.
- For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, 555mm will make a decision in accordance with the applicable rules.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 72 hours.
- The individual rules of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, etc.) will also apply.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555mm platform. If any such activity is detected, the account may be cancelled and the balance forfeited:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses using multiple identities.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
- Attempting to hack, exploit software, or manipulate game systems.
- Using automated software (bots) to play games or place bets.
- Transferring balance from your account to another person's account.
- Cheating or colluding against other members on the platform.
- Soliciting any improper conduct from 555mm employees, representatives, or associates.
8 Limitation of Liability
555mm provides its services on an "as-is" basis. 555mm will not be held liable in the following cases:
- Loss in a game or bet due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
- Any inconvenience caused by issues with your device or network.
- Delays or errors from third-party payment gateways or banking systems.
- Financial loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
- Force majeure events — natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives, etc.
Under all circumstances, 555mm's maximum liability will be limited to the actual funds in your account.
9 Privacy & Data Protection
555mm prioritizes the protection of your personal information. We use SSL encryption technology to keep your data secure.

- Your personal information will not be sold to any third party.
- It may be necessary to disclose information for fraud investigations or legal requirements.

10 Responsible Gaming
555mm believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a way to solve problems. We encourage our members to play responsibly.
- 555mm services are for those aged 21 and above only.
- Avoid betting beyond your means.
- You can ask the support team to set deposit limits, session time limits, or betting limits for yourself.
- If you notice signs of gaming addiction, you can voluntarily request a temporary suspension of your account.

11 Account Suspension & Closure
555mm reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Registration using false or incorrect information.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Extended inactivity (generally 12 months or more).
- Account closure at the member's own request.
Before an account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw the valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be provided, unless forfeiture is required due to fraud. If you wish to close your account yourself, please notify the support team.
12 Changes to Terms & Miscellaneous
555mm reserves the right to revise, change, or update any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified through appropriate means in the case of significant changes.
- Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms take effect will be considered as acceptance of the new Terms.
- If any clause of these Terms becomes legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be in force.
- Any dispute between 555mm and a member will first be addressed through direct discussion.
